Anantnag, Oct 08: A residential house was gutted in a fire incident at Watrihall Perrtakiya Village of Kokernag in South Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Friday afternoon.
Reports reaching GNS said that a massive fire broke out around 3 am in the residential house of one Mohammad Iqbal Malik son of Abdul Rashid Malik at Watrihall Peertakiya Kokernag.
Later on locals immediately rushed towards spot and with the help of fire tenders doused off the flames.
In this mishap the one story house was completely damaged. However, no loss of life or injury was reported.
The cause of fire was not known immediately and the same is being ascertained, officials said.(GNS)
