Suspected militants lobbed a grenade towards police post Quimoh in South Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Friday evening.
A senior Police officer told GNS that militants lobbed grenade on police post Qaimoh, however grenade missed the intended target. In this incident no loss of life or injury has been reported.
In another incident, Militants late evening fired upon Naka party of security forces in Sumbal area of North Kashmir’s Bandipora on Friday.
A senior police officer told GNS that militants fired upon the joint Naka party at Sumbal, the fire was retaliated, however in this incident no loss of life or injury was reported, the officer added.
Meanwhile whole area has been cordoned off to nab the attackers
