Senior IAS officers, HODs holding key positions likely to be transferred

‘Reshuffle in bureaucracy’

:A reshuffle in civil administration is likely to be ordered in the next week by the Union territory government wherein some senior officers would be shifted to other positions, ET has learnt.

Authoritative sources told Et that exercise for a reshuffle in civil administration has been set into motion with the proposals being processed for transfer of senior IAS officers and some HODs holding key positions in the state administration.

Sources said that in the likely reshuffle in civil administration several administrative secretaries are likely to be transferred.

Sources said that there was possibility of the replacement of one of the senior top IAS officers holding top position in the administrations, however there was no official confirmation about the top officials transfer.
