Covid-19 Death toll reaches 300 in J&K on Friday
Death toll due to COVID19 topped 300 as 12 more patients who had tested positive for COVID19 died on Friday.
Officials told Asiannewshub that twelve patients who died due to virus include a 75-year-old man from Sadrebal Srinagar, 65-year-old man from RajouriKadal Srinagar, 65-year-old from Malaknag Anantnag, 68-year-old women from Hardshiva Sopore, 70-year-old man from Rainawari Srinagar, 58-year-old IRP personnel from Jammu, 65-year-old man from Khanyar Srinagar, 75-year-old women from Peerbagh Srinagar, 50-Year-old from Tangmarg Baramulla, 80-Year-old lady from Sarnal Anantnag, 60-year-old lady from Dab Ganderbal and 44-Year-old man from Karanbagh Satwari Jammu.
Official at SKIMS told Asiannewshub that the 75-year-old man from sadrebal was admitted in the Hospital on 08 July with multiple ailment, was tested positive for COVID19 21 July.
He added that a lady from tangmarg was admitted in the hospital on 23 July and tested positive posthumously.
Regarding a lady from Ganderbal he said that she was admittedin the hospital on 18 July and was suffering from HTN and pneumonia, had tested positive for COVID19.
An official from SMHS said that a man from MR Gunj who presently resides at Kraltang Rajouri Kadal was admitted in the Hospital on 20 July with bilateral pneumonia and had tested positive for COVID19 on 22 July.
He added that a lady from Sopore was admitted in the hospital on 21 July with bilateral pneumonia, tested positive posthumously.
Regarding khanyar man he said that patient was admitted on 21 July with bilateral pneumonia and tested positive for the virus posthumously.
Official at JVC Bemina Srinagar told Asiannewshub that a lady from Peerbagh was admitted on 14 july with various ailments sccumbed on Friday afternoon.
Official Sources at GMC Anantnag told Asiannewshub that a women from Malaknag was admitted in the Hospital on 22 July with HTN and community acquired pneumonia.
Regarding a lady from sarnal sources added that she was admitted on 19 July with bilateral pneumonia and HTN.
Official sources at GMC Jammu told Asiannewshub that 58-year-old IRP personnel who had tested positive for the virus, breathed his last on Friday morning.
Regarding a man from Karan bagh they said that the patient was shifted from CD Hospital srinagar to GMC Jammu on 23 July with high fever and respiratory distress, sccumbed on Friday evening, he had tested for the virus on 21 July at Srinagar.
An official from CD Hospital told Asiannewshub that a patient from Rainawari was admitted in the hospital on Friday morning after he tested positive for COVID19 on 23 July, sccumbed in the afternoon.
With twelve more deaths, the death toll related to novel Coronavirus topped 300 in UT’s of Jammu and Kashmir, including 22 from Jammu division and 278 from Kashmir division.(ANH)
