Police registered 8 cases for violating Lockdown Orders in Baramulla
Srinagar, April 30:Police on Friday said that it had registered eight cases against those people who were found violating Lockdown orders here in North Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
In a statement to GNS, the police said that while enforcing the lockdown in the district and implementing the orders thereof, Baramulla Police registered 8 cases against shopkeepers, riders for violating instructions & running their businesses unnecessarily and beyond timings allowed, further some vehicles were moving on roads without valid justification / cause / pass.
The Baramulla Police requests general populace of district Baramulla to stay inside as far as possible, and venture out only in case of emergent situation, they said.
