Srinagar, August 19: Security forces on Wednesday said it recovered arms and ammunition during search operation in summer capital city Srinagar.
An official told Kashmir Despatch that a cordon and search operation was launched early Wednesday at Budshah Nagar, Azad Basti area of Nathipora Srinagar.
He said during the operation a searching party recovered a hand grenade and a pistol. He said searches are underway in the area.
