Although BSNL Fiber was chosen to provide high speed internet in the city of Srinagar, the company has failed to provide better services to its customers, which has resulted in customers being frustrated by poor service of BSNL Fiber. According to the users, although the service was suspended due to the snowfall, now even after ten days, the internet facilities are not available to the users. According to Current News of India, although fiber services have been provided to the customers by BSNL, the company has failed to provide uninterrupted internet services to the customers. Most of the consumers in the city of Srinagar complain that since they have installed BSNL fiber, there has been some problem in it. Consumers from various areas including Rainawari, Khanyar, Nowhatta, Karan nagar and other areas have alleged that BSNL fiber has been lying idle in these areas since the snowfall and whenever the concerned persons When asked about this, he says that there is nothing we can do because we do not have the manpower and no tools or missionaries to fix it. Consumers said that the limit is that the concerned employees talk rudely to the customers as a result of which the consumers have become mentally deranged. Consumers have said that it has been snowing for more than 10 days now but BSNL fiber service is still down while consumers are receiving equal bills from the company which has not lost a single penny.
