Taking advantage of the prevailing situation emerging out of Coronavirus, vegetable sellers, vendors and butchers loot people at will while the lack of regulation has emboldened them. Almost every butcher is selling meat, at a rate of their own. People demanded that such butchers should be arrested under section 188, ¾ Essential Commodities Act. Meanwhile, the butcher at Qamarwari sells mutton at exorbitant rates, attacks the customer for raising the objection.
