Ganderbal, Jun 16 : A girl on Wednesday afternoon allegedly attempted to commit suicide after she consumed some poisonous substance at her residence in Lar area of central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district.
An official told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that an 18-year-old girl from Gulabpora Lar consumed some poisonous substance at her residence following which she was immediately rushed to the hospital.
He said that she was brought to PHC Lar wherefrom she was referred to SKIMS Soura for advanced treatment.
The official added that police has taken cognizance of the issue and investigation has been started—(KNO)
