Hideout busted in Sopore village, Arms & Ammunition recovered : Police
Sopore, July 8: Police on Thursday claimed to have busted a hideout at Doabgah area of Sopore in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
Police in a statement said that on the basis of specific information about one hideout of the militants at Doabgah in outskirts of Sopore town.
Sopore police along with Army’s 22 RR,CRPF 179 BN launched CASO and during search operation one hideout was busted.
Following which huge cache of Arms and Ammunition was recovered, which was to be used to cause a major attack on the security forces.
Meanwhile a case under relevent section has been registered and investigations started the statement reads.(KNT)
