Baramullla June 8: Strike of Tipper drivers has badly hit the Macadamisation and other developmental works in Baramullla District of North Kashmir.
Sources told CNS that amid high temperature the Macdamization and other developmentel Works were started across District Baramullla by R&B and other executing agencies but shortly all the works were halted due to the strike of Tipper Drivers in District due to which the executing agencies and Contractors are facing problems for carrying Material for these works.
Tipper drivers have decided to go for indefinite Strike across District for unnecessarily harasment by different ways by District Administrattion on daily basis.
Tipper driver alleged that our vehicles are being seized despite having Complete documents and other formalities.
Meanwhile the Executive Engineer Roads and Buildings department Baramullla said that they are trying their best to resume our Work but are facing problems due to non availability of Transport for carrying Material (CNS)
