Washington: The United States recorded 2,448 Covid-19 coronavirus deaths in the past 24 hours, bringing the total to 75,543. This was reported by Johns Hopkins University.
The United States fatality figure from Covid-19 related deaths reached the milestone on Thursday evening.
The country – hardest hit by the pandemic in terms of the number of fatalities – has now confirmed a total of 1,254,750 cases, the Baltimore-based school reported.
In the USA, there have been 1,254,750 cases and 75,543 deaths. 195,036 people have recovered from the virus.
